The First Trailer of Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa Is Out

As many may already know, PQube has been celebrating its 10th anniversary in style with plenty of great reveals and releases. The latest reveal is their partnership with the Japanese studio, Art Co. Ltd, for the visual novel Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa.

The game appears to be a classic high school story visual novel, but in reality things are not that straightforward. Instead, the game is set in a brand new universe where players will discover that absolutely nothing is as it seems. Players will take on the role of a transfer student who enrolls at the Fujisawa Academy, an educational institution with friendly students and attentive staff. However, it is also a place where every pupil hides a secret and it is your task to uncover what is going on behind the seemingly normal facade.

It is a task that is won’t be simple, but you do have a trick up your sleeve. Thanks to a pact that your character has made with a sarcastic demon fox, they are able to wield the power of Kotodama. In short, this allows you to coerce the truth from people even if they attempt to lie to you. As you can imagine it is not the type of power that should be used lightly and you might just discover more than what you even bargained for.

Check out the first trailer of Kotodama: The 7 Mysteries of Fujisawa below and don’t forget to follow PQube on Twitter, Facebook, Twitch, Instagram as well as their website for more information. The game will be released later this year for PC on Steam, as well as on Playstation 4 and Nintendo Switch.
