Zombie Army 4 Boasts Impressive List of Post-Launch Content

The release of Zombie Army 4 is just around the corner with the game hitting Playstation 4, Xbox One, and PC on February 4, 2020. Fans of the series are already itching to get their hands on the game, but judging by the new trailer there is plenty of content coming post-launch to keep players busy as well.

Check out the trailer below for a look at HELL CULT, which is the brand new mini-campaign coming in Season 1. It will consist of three new missions for 1-4 players, but that’s not all. Rebellion has revealed that for the debut season they will also release four character packs that feature playable characters that can be used in any mode. Also, there are nine weapon bundles on the horizon, filled with new weapons, charms, skins and more. Five weapon skins to customize your arsenal with and four character outfits, complete with new outfits and hats, are also planned.

Players can get their hands on all of these by purchasing Season Pass 1, which grants access to the entirety of Season 1. If you have not already pre-ordered the game there is also a SUPER DELUXE EDITION available for pre-order, which includes the game as well as Season Pass 1. Rebellion isn’t skimping on players who are just purchasing the game alone either. They have promised that they will release new maps for Zombie Army 4’s Horde Mode and these will be completely free.

The Zombie Army games and Zombie Army Trilogy in particular hooked players with their nail-biting co-op gameplay and action-packed levels, so expectations are high for Zombie Army 4. Time will tell if the game lives up to expectations, but it certainly seems like Rebellion is pulling out all the stops for the new game. For more information, check out the official website.

I’m hyped for this (well except the Epic Games part but oh well) but what I really want to see from this franchise is an open world shooter where you can go out with friends to different regions and undertake missions to help humanity. The survival horror aspect is nice, but I think the setting, characters and action would make for a nice sandbox game.
