This game is really not worth it if you plan on playing the single player mode. Fights boil down to luck and button mashing more often than not. Multi-player is its sole redeeming feature, but even then it becomes boring quite fast. Definitely one to avoid.
Gameplay: Fast paced, but unfortunately not a lot of fun.
Graphics: The best part of the game.

As a big fan of the ninja turtles it pains me to see how much unrealized potential this game has. With a bit more spit and polish it could have been great but as it is the game feels rushed and unfinished. The combat is enjoyable once you get the hang of it but can feel imprecise and sluggish initially. Wait for a sale and hopefully a few patches before diving in.
Gameplay: With a bit more polish it could have been great.
Graphics: Some nice detail but overall a bit uneven.
Sound: The voice acting is great and the tunes fit the game nicely

Every Extend Extra is a unique title, but it is not going to appeal to everyone. Fortunately, there is a free version available for computer which will give you a good indication of what to expect. If you like arcade shooters with a bit of a puzzle element, then you will appreciate what this game has to offer.
Gameplay: Fast and frantic, but won’t appeal to everyone.
Graphics: Very psychedelic.
Sound: Integrated well with the gameplay

Pulstar is a very straightforward arcade shooter so depending on your taste you will either find it a refreshing blast from the past or become frustrated after only a few minutes. It definitely packs quite a challenge and the difficulty ramps up very quickly, so quick reflexes and a bit of luck is required to make the most of it. If you enjoyed games like Geometry Wars and Beat Hazard you will have fun with Pulstar.
Gameplay: Straightforward and challenging arcade shooter.
Graphics: Nice, but it can be hard to distinguish the enemies from the background at times.
Sound: The sound effects lack punch, but the music is very catchy

I have to confess that I am a huge fan of the Metal Slug series and number three is one of my all time favorites. It has been fourteen years since the game was originally released in arcades, but it has lost none of its charm or playability. It once again hooked me right from the start and prompted quite a few playthroughs even though I am very familiar with the levels. Veteran players are in for a nostalgic blast from the past while newcomers have a chance to see why this game is so highly regarded by fans of the genre.
Gameplay: An action packed run and gun title with awesome vehicle and huge bosses.
Graphics: The 2D visuals looked excellent way back in 2000 and still hold up great to this day.
Sound: As chaotic as you would expect from an arcade title

While Avoid Sensory Overload is another mobile title to make the leap to PC, it doesn’t feel like a cheap cash-in. The gameplay is addictive, and on higher difficulty levels, the game can provide quite a challenge. The randomly generated levels in endless mode also provide longevity, especially for the price. If you are looking for a pure arcade experience where you can test your reflexes while listening to some nice tunes, then you won’t want to avoid this game.
Gameplay: A nice arcade experience that is addictive enough to keep you returning for more.
Graphics: It’s not quite a sensory overload, but the visuals are colorful and stylish.
Sound: There are different musical genres with some nice tracks

With its funky pixel art visuals and simple, but addictive gameplay Zoo Landing is a great time killer. The game is simple enough that anyone can pick it up and start playing immediately, but challenging enough that it takes plenty of practice to reach a high score. Best of all, it’s free and the micro-transactions are restricted to removing the adverts or purchasing additional characters.
Gameplay: Simple, fun and quite addictive.
Graphics: Detailed and colorful pixel art visuals.
Sound: Well suited for a mobile title

It is not every day that we receive emails from engineers working for the European Space Agency, especially not about a multidimensional alien race attacking our universe! Fortunately the email was about the upcoming action title that the developers are developing in their free time and not about any imminent threat to our universe. Since they were kind enough to provide us with a playable build of the game we were able to get some hands on time with this unique shooter

The genre is certainly not lacking in titles, but dodging obstacles and bashing baddies as very cute versions of the seven deadly sins is still a ton of fun. The game features addictive gameplay, great visuals and catchy audio along with a very fair use of in-app purchases. If you crave something fast paced that can be played in short bursts, but will keep you hooked for hours then look no further than Sweet Sins.
Gameplay: The game is polished, simple to play and very addictive.
Graphics: The beautiful art style and adorable characters are highlights.
Sound: Catchy music that matches the style of the game perfectly

Fly In The House is quite fun at first, especially after the recent patch, but anyone looking for more depth than simply hunting down a fly while destroying everything might be disappointed. The amount of destruction you can get up to is impressive, but the overall visual quality is a bit low. Since there are only three environments on offer the game can also feel a bit restrictive. It’s still fun to play in short bursts though, so grab it if you enjoy mindless arcade games.
Gameplay: Once the novelty of breaking everything in sight wears off it can be a bit repetitive.
Graphics: The destructible scenery is nice, but the texture quality is rather low.
Sound: Limited and annoying music, but decent enough sound effects.
