Nelly Cootalot: Spoonbeaks Ahoy! HD (Application Systems London Ltd.)

Fans of Point & Click Adventure games will know that we reviewed the pirate themed Nelly Cootalot: The Fowl Fleet a while back, awarding it a well-deserved 8.3/10. Nephil’s Fall by Exordium Games

Start weak and build up your character until they are an unstoppable force. That is usually how progression works in games. Some games strip you of all powers at the start and require you to slowly regain them again, but Nephil’s Fall dares to do things a little differently

Zotrix

Zotrix

Anyone that has spent their childhood pumping quarters into an arcade machine during the 80’s and early 90’s will be happy to hear about Zotrix. This game is based on the shooters from that era and features the usual one space pilot versus an entire alien armada formula that was so popular at the time. The roots of the game might be retro, but this doesn’t mean that it feels like it is stuck in the past
