PQube, Studio Kiku, and Innovina Interactive have announced the release date of The Plane Effect On Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The dystopian adventure will be available on August 12th, 2021, but Steam users can already check out a free-to-play prologue right now

Lego Builder’s Journey features some of the most realistic-looking Lego blocks seen in games to date. However, it is a casual puzzle experience aimed at more mature audiences, so don’t expect the freedom to design and build your own wacky creations. Instead, the game features single-screen dioramas with limited selections of blocks to overcome simple challenges. It’s still a lot of fun and looks incredible, but it can be completed very quickly and lacks any type of replay value.
Gameplay: Not very taxing, but casual audiences will find it entertaining.
Graphics: With all the ray tracing elements enabled, the game looks incredible.
Sound: The soundtrack is soothing, and the sound effects are very realistic

Hook is a concise and minimal puzzle game that is worth every cent of its wallet-friendly price. It features 50 levels of “hooks” that need to be reeled in using the buttons connected to them. The challenge doesn’t kick in until late in the game, but the monochrome visuals and relaxing music make for a very meditative experience. It is not a game that will tax you too much, but completing it is still very rewarding.
Gameplay: Very simple and easy to grasp, but the concept is quite clever.
Graphics: Very, very minimal, but still stylish.
Sound: Calm and relaxing enough to make for a meditative experience

Switchball HD is the definitive version of this classic puzzle platformer. The higher frame rate, along with the visual enhancements, makes this game a treat to play, and the gameplay is still as addictive as it was all those years ago. Atomic Elbow clearly put a lot of effort into this release, and we recommend it to all fans of the original as well as newcomers.
Gameplay: Switchball HD is easy to pick up and play, but later levels will challenge your skills.
Graphics: Switchball has never looked better, thanks to a range of improvements.
Sound: The game features a great soundtrack and realistic sound effects

Beasts of Maravilla Island is a short but sweet game where players must explore beautiful environments while taking photos of exotic creatures. There are some puzzles to solve, but overall the game is very easy and accessible. Although it has a few rough edges, it is hard not to be charmed by the imaginative creature designs and magical atmosphere.
