Hades Concert Film Ballads of the Underworld Is Now Free to Watch
Supergiant Games has made the complete Ballads of the Underworld concert film available to watch for free on YouTube. The performance brings music from Hades and Hades II to the stage, giving fans who missed the London show a chance to experience it from beginning to end.
Recorded at the Royal Festival Hall on June 27, 2026, the concert was produced with Game Music Festival and features new orchestral arrangements of Darren Korb’s music. The London Mozart Players accompany Korb and fellow vocalist Ashley Barrett, with Austin Wintory conducting. Judy Alice Lee, Erin Yvette and Colin Ryan also take part, bringing voices familiar to Hades II players to the live performance.
The programme draws on the vocal songs that helped give both games their identity. Supergiant specifically highlights Eurydice’s Good Riddance and Scylla and the Sirens’ Coral Crown, now performed with an orchestra rather than heard between runs through the Underworld. The original June concert was a one-time event, but the newly released film makes the performance available beyond the sold-out venue and its earlier live stream.
The video arrives as Supergiant marks the first anniversary of Hades II‘s full release. The studio also plans to make a Ballads of the Underworld album available for purchase and free streaming, although it has not announced a release date for that recording.
For now, the full concert film can be watched below. Anyone interested in the performers and the original show can also visit Game Music Festival’s concert page.
