Mundo Gamer Showcase Returns September 25 With Steam Event Starting Next Week
The Mundo Gamer Showcase is returning later this month, with its fourth edition set to take place on September 25, 2026.
This will be the third Mundo Gamer Showcase held during 2026, following events in March and June, and the organisers are promising another international selection of independent games from studios around the world.
Players won’t have to wait until September 25 to start discovering what’s on offer, either. An accompanying Steam event is scheduled to begin on September 18 and will remain live until October 2, giving participating games some breathing room on either side of the showcase itself.
The first confirmed games and studios are expected to be revealed over the coming days.
Rather than functioning purely as a single livestream, Mundo Gamer has been building the Showcase around a longer promotional campaign involving developers, publishers, gaming media, content creators and co-streamers. According to the organisers, the previous edition generated more than 1.3 million Steam page impressions.
That makes the upcoming Steam event potentially just as interesting as the broadcast itself, particularly for anyone who enjoys digging through smaller indie releases that might otherwise slip under the radar.
The main showcase will take place on September 25 at 1:00 PM EDT / 10:00 AM PDT (17:00 UTC) and will be broadcast through Mundo Gamer TV’s official channels alongside participating co-streamers. Additional co-streaming channels are expected to be announced before the event.
The September edition will be the fourth Mundo Gamer Showcase overall. The first was held in 2025, while the format expanded to multiple events during 2026.
Mundo Gamer says its June showcase featured 38 independent games alongside more than 50 co-streamers and 60 international media partners. The upcoming edition will continue that focus on smaller developers and international exposure.
For GAMERamble readers, the more interesting part begins once the participating games are revealed. With the Steam event kicking off on September 18, we’ll be keeping an eye on the line-up to see whether any hidden gems emerge ahead of the main presentation.
The Mundo Gamer Showcase takes place September 25, 2026, with its accompanying Steam event running from September 18 until October 2.
