Feel the Magic: XY/XX

Feel the Magic: XY/XX

Feel The Magic XY/XX is a great showcase of the DS capabilities, but its definitely let down but its length. Essentially a collection of mini-games that make good use of the touch screen and microphone to test your skills it does become a bit repetitive and there’s not much to keep you coming back once you’ve completed it.

Gameplay: Wacky and unique mini-games.

Graphics: Has a very stylish retro look and feel.

Sound: Charming and catchy

WarioWare: Touched!

WarioWare: Touched!

The touch screen controls work perfectly and there are plenty of micro games to play but for WarioWare veterans this game will be over all too soon. There’s some great ideas here but even with the tons of extras the longevity suffers a bit. It’s still a good game however and perfectly for killing a few spare minutes.

Gameplay: Good but don’t expect that much variety.

Graphics: Not much better than Gameboy Advance but fits the game style.

Sound: Some catchy tunes

Rayman Raving Rabbids

Rayman Raving Rabbids

It is a pity that some of the mini-games on offer are so horrible as these really drag down the whole packages. The game does offer a lot of entertainment and the twisted sense of humour will have you laughing out loud. This is the type of game that the Wii remote was made for.

Gameplay: Apart from a few duds the mini-games are quite fun.

Graphics: Goofy and entertaining but it won’t blow you away.

Sound: Those rabbids sure know how to make a noise
