The wait for Oddworld: Soulstorm is almost over as the digital version of the game will officially release on April 6th, 2021. Oddworld: Abe’s Oddysee was originally released in 1997 and the follow-up, Abe’s Exoddus, came out the next year after a brutal nine-month development cycle. However, because of this deadline, Exoddus was not the game that Lorne and Sherry McKenna really envision to be the true sequel. Abe’s Oddysee received a remake in 2014 in the form of Oddworld: New ‘n’ Tasty! so it’s only fitting that Exoddus receives similar treatment with the upcoming Oddworld: Soulstorm.
