Dystopian Adventure The Plane Effect Releasing August 12th 2021

PQube, Studio Kiku, and Innovina Interactive have announced the release date of The Plane Effect On Playstation 5, Xbox Series X, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The dystopian adventure will be available on August 12th, 2021, but Steam users can already check out a free-to-play prologue right now.

The Plane Effect prologue features the first 30 minutes of a mysterious and cinematic journey through a mind-bending, dystopian world. Players get to immerse themselves in a twisted reality as they try to comprehend and navigate the inexplicable phenomena around them. While navigating the complex environments, players will also need to solve puzzles, but an “Assisted Mode” is on hand to provide guidance for those who need it. Playstation 5 and Xbox Series X owners can also look to 4K resolution capabilities as well as Ray Tracing.

The developers of The Plane Effect promise a twisted journey laced with mystery, hopelessness, and otherwordly happenings. The game sees players lost in a mind-bending commute from their corporate office job to their home and family.
