World-Splitter Releasing On Steam And Consoles In April

Fans of co-op games are in for a treat as publisher Bumble3ee Interactive and developer NeoBird has announced the release date for World-Splitter. It received the Game Connection Europe 2020 Indie Development Awards’ Best Console Game and Grand Award prizes, so it’s definitely something to get excited about. World-Splitter is a twin-stick puzzle platformer with nearly a dozen local two-player co-op missions and requires players to save critters, avoid enemies and reach exits together. Of course, there will also be all kinds of levers, mechanical platforms, portals, gravity fields, and other objects to interact with while solving puzzles.

One of the stand-out features of World-Splitters is its twin-stick control scheme that allows players to manipulate two parallel rifts. This must be done as they simultaneously traverse visible parts of each wonderfully animated stage. Players looking for an even tougher challenge can up the ante with settings for restricted win conditions, a medal system, and more. Speedrunners will also enjoy the inclusion of a variety of time-based challenges in the game.

World-Splitters will officially launch on Playstation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC on April 21, 2021. Its price has been set at $19,99 and the game can already be pre-ordered or wishlisted.
