Ray Gigant Coming To Steam

PS Vita owners should already be familiar with Ray Gigant, but soon PC owners will also have a chance to try out this JRPG. Acttil recently announced that the game, which was originally released on the PS Vita, is heading for a worldwide PC release via Steam on August 10, 2016. This is good news for PC owners, who were already treated to Stranger of Sword City earlier this year from Experience Inc.

According to Acttil, Ray Gigant will feature a week-long 40% launch discount and features a couple of improvements compared to the PS Vita original. Most importantly is the crisp 1080p graphics, but players will also have the option to choose the original Japanese text instead of English if they wish.

Ray Gigant is a dungeon crawler starring three heroic characters, each with different sets of ideals, but who share a common goal of saving their world. The game is set in the not-too distant future where giant, terrifying creatures called Gigants showed up to lay waste to Earth’s major cities. Military intervention failed to stop the onslaught, but somehow a young boy managed to defeat a Gigant using a mysterious power…
